Arrive
The gate opens and the house is already expecting you. Pathway and entry lighting rise, the alarm disarms, climate is at comfort, and the rooms you actually use come quietly to life.
8:15pm
Entertain
One press for the evening. The living zone warms, the screen and sources wake, audio follows into the room, blinds draw and the lighting settles to a level made for the film.
10:50pm
Goodnight
From the bedside keypad the house stands down. Rooms darken in sequence, doors lock, shading closes and the perimeter arms itself without a word.
6:15am
Wake
Blinds lift with the sun, the bathroom is warm, and the morning begins on the speakers in the rooms you're in, nothing waking the rest of the house.

Away
The last door closes and the house powers down. Lighting and entertainment rest, climate eases back, and cameras, access control and the network stay awake for you.

Brief
We sit down with you, and your architect or builder if there is one, to understand how the home will actually be lived in.
Design & documentation
A documented system: locations, containment, rack space, power and data, issued so every trade can build to it.
Coordination & infrastructure
We work alongside the electrician and builder while walls are open, so cabling and smart wiring are resolved as part of the build.
Installation & programming
Hardware installed and finished discreetly, then programmed around your rooms, your routines and the way you want to control them.
Commissioning
Calibration, testing and a proper handover, including showing the whole household how it works.
Ongoing support
We stay with the home: updates, adjustments and support long after handover.
